The 11th Annual New Orleans Comedy Festival goes down November 11th-18th 2024 in the greatest city on Earth.
Important dates for 2024:
February 13th (Mardi Gras Day - Submissions open)
June 1st (submission fee increases )
July 22nd (Comedy House New Orleans anniversary weekend - Submissions CLOSE )
August 1st: ALL notifications sent by this date
October 1st: Schedule is locked
November 11th-18th: Hell Yes Fest 11
ALL Hell Yes Fest comics get paid
ALL Hell Yes Fest performers have access to free or discounted food during the festival
ALL out of town performers get at least two 10 minute performance spots
ALL performers have extra performance opportunities (festival open mics, special format shows)
ALL Hell Yes Fest comics are encouraged to perform in as many places around New Orleans as they want. There are typically MANY independently run showcases during Hell Yes Fest week. Go get that stage time!
YES there will be industry present (regional comedy venues/festivals)
